Here is what you can expect on Calculated Change. Calculated Change dives into the world of problem solving through the lens of the non-profit space. On this show we are having candid conversations with dynamic individuals that are using their skills knowledge and engineering problem solving  to take on some of the worlds most pressing challenges. Join us on Calculated Change as we interview individuals working to design a more just world where everyone has access to basic human needs like clean water, healthcare, education, and much more. Our goal is that these conversations inform, engage and inspire you yourself to create positive change both in your community and abroad. Our hope is that through sharing these stories, we can build a better future together.  Lets create some change.

Hey everyone! I am your host, Tabby Davis. I work as a civil engineer, and I am also a long time volunteer with Engineers Without Borders. I am also currently the president of the Madison Professional Chapter of Engineers Without Borders and was looking for ways for us to stay connected during the pandemic. Though I may not have a lot of experience podcasting, I am an avid podcast consumer and very passionate about sharing stories. I have had some pretty incredible people on my show already and its an honor and privilege to get to share their stories.  When I am not working or talking to you all, I like to run, watch the Great British Bakeoff, and maybe attempt a recipe or two myself if I'm feeling dangerous.
